The latest version of the mapcode is available as open source should you wish to host it on your web site and you can do what you want with it but cannot put copyrights on it as to restrict it's use by others.

There are some broken image links as I only kept in images which I thought were public domain or created by myself. But you can edit the tiles1.php to remove the lines pointing to the broken images. Other than that just follow the simple instructions to install it...
